Matthews rites Tuesday in Gladewater for Mrs. Josephine Matthews
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Gladewater for 87 year old Mrs. Josephine Matthews who died Sunday after a lengthy illness in a local hospital. Rev. B F Risinger officiated with interment in Friendship Cemetery. Surviving are her husband Dudley R Matthews six sons one daughter two sisters three brothers sixteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
