SWEPCO Names New Chairman and President in Shakeup
At its annual stockholders meeting in Shreveport Southwestern Electric Power Company announces major leadership changes. H W Pirkey Jr becomes Chairman and remains CEO after serving as president and CEO since June 1966. J Lamar Stall is elected President and will serve as chief administrative officer, while J Robert Welsh retires as Chairman of the Board.
