Township votes to keep recycling center open amid market glut

Sullivan faces election law violation charge in 1989 Sheriff race

State Police filed criminal charges against Daniel L. Sullivan age 52 of New Oxford for anonymously distributing political mailings during Adams County Sheriff races in March April and May 1989. He allegedly failed to include clear disclosures of who paid for the campaign material. Preliminary hearing tentatively set for December 5 at 10 a.m. Conviction could bring a fine up to 1000 dollars and up to two years imprisonment.
