Gettysburg School District to lower taxes after extra state funds
Gettysburg School District will use about 185000 in added state funds to reduce tax rates for 1982 83 Superintendent Dr Robert E Curtis reports the district gains 110000 from basic instructional subsidy and 75000 for transportation reimbursement The board plans 77 mills real estate and 19 5 percent occupation tax at the June 7 meeting and a public hearing is set for June 1 at James Gettys Elementary School.
