Joseph D Kendlehart 78 of 704 Highland Ave died this morning after a period of declining health. He was born in Gettysburg son of John L and Annie Kendlehart and retired from York Naval Ordnance Depot in 1961. Survived by wife Ruth 55 years a son and a daughter eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren a brother and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Sunday 2 pm at Monahan Funeral Home with Fr Arthur F McNulty Jr. interment Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday evening and flowers may be replaced by charitable contributions.
