Harrisburg AP reports inspector James Wise and geologist Chellurot Rao, both named in a statewide grand jury presentment, accused of shaking down five Cambria County coal operators over seven years. Renovо fire scorches 1200 acres in Sproul State Forest. 150 firefighters battled it at peak. PUC approves plan to shift leadership at the troubled Three Mile Island plant using many of the same key personnel.
