A five hour Adams County Court testimony failed to resolve a quiet title dispute between Frances Froelicher, owner of Strawberry Hill Nature Center, and Anthony Farace of New Windsor Automotive over a 20 acre parcel adjoining Froelicher’s 525 acre preserve. The feud traces back 30 years of land purchases and local activism, with past clashes over a sand mound sewage project and conflicting boundary markers revealed by a 1989 survey.
