LIU to face audit findings on meals and travel expenses

Bendersville Council Accepts Offer for 30 Acres of Fruit Trees

The Bendersville Borough Council approved an MFP Inc offer to farm about 30 acres of York Jonathan and Gol sea entite orchards around the reservoir. Sullivan to appeal denial of gun permit in Adams County

Daniel Sullivan of Walker Road Orford Township plans an appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania after Adams County Sheriff Bernard V Miller denied his request for a gun carry permit. Sullivan’s attorney Daniel Wolfson says the appeal will argue the sheriff’s discretionary power is excessive and lacks necessary restraints. Judge Keith B Quigley last week upheld Miller’s decision amid Sullivan’s claim the ruling undermines rights protected by the US Constitution.
