LIU eyed block grants threaten local funding shifts

Lincoln Intermediate Unit official Jesse Grimm told LIU board that a proposed 127 million block grant could freeze 1981-82 funding levels for many programs and shift cost burdens to local districts. Adams County study maps major truck routes
