Fire destroys Gardners garage in Route 34 blast
A flash gasoline fire destroyed Gravers’ garage two miles south of Mount Holly Springs on Route 34. L. Graver suffered third degree burns and escaped with his life as firefighters battled blasts from acetylene and gasoline while pumping water from a farm pond to contain the blaze.
