State police reported two noninjury crashes on the Fairfield Road Thursday. Ransom Shankl Townsend, 73 Rochester Mich., tried a left turn into Judith Ann Szarowski, 24, Fairfield R. 2, causing $600 and $400 damage to respective cars. William E. Krape, 18 Gettysburg R. 5, lost control on a wet curve, hitting a bridge abutment. his 1957 Chevrolet suffered $200 in damage.
