Gettysburg Youth Dies After Route 233 Crash
A Gettysburg teenager, Timothy Titus, 17, died after his 1975 Ford Pinto left Route 233 in Caledonia State Park and struck a tree. Five others, including Kelly Harmon, 15, and Lisa Baumgardner, 17, were injured and treated at area hospitals. The driver Trembled, the crash occurred about 1 p.m. Police are investigating the cause. several teens were students at Gettysburg Senior High. Funeral plans are pending.
