The Adams County Historical Society plans a Tuesday evening tour to East Berlin to see the Studebaker house at 6 30. After viewing the house, Charles Wallace of East Berlin will speak at the schoolhouse about local Beneficial Societies. Cars depart the Seminary campus at 6 pm.

New County Fire Maps Are Ready Amid Approval by Chiefs
After five years of work the Adams County Association of Fire Chiefs approved updated maps for 26 county fire companies and York County, with Taneytown hosting. Wilbur Miller presided as Harry Moudr chaired the committee with Elliott Schlosser and Frank Schuchart. Maps will be installed in the Adams County Control Center within three weeks, serving as official control operator guidance for dispatch. Continuous work aims to resolve boundary exceptions and extend maps to Cumberland and Carroll counties.

Lutheran Chooses New Secretary At Susquehanna University
