The firm had filed two lawsuits seeking to bar enforcement of the ordinance in U S District Court and Adams County Common Pleas Court. A hearing is set for Aug 3. Littlestown street supervisor to retire
Littlestown's longtime street supervisor Earl Weaver announced retirement at a borough council meeting.
