Barn Collapse Traps Four At Welty Farm Near Mummasburg

A hay barn collapsed at the Robert H. Welty farm one mile from Mummasburg while being filled, trapping four people and an ailing cow. The incident occurred Wednesday shortly before 8 p.m. and left a dangerous scene with debris and injured workers.

Adams County crime drops slightly in 1981 study
