Fire destroys barn near Gettysburg in Cumberland Township
A metal barn owned by Sylvester M. Brown burned Wednesday night along Red Rock Road in Cumberland Township. Harold Wendte said 25 cows were housed there and livestock and much equipment were saved. Fire companies Greenmount Gettysburg and Barrow battled the flames. no injuries reported and cause undetermined.
