An 18 month old East Berlin infant whose death is labeled suspicious by Northern York Regional Police had visible injuries on the face and back. Grandmother Clara Yost of Dillsburg recalled seeing marks and said a doctor noted more injuries than a fall. Police say head injuries occurred on January 8 while in the care of a 22 year old woman in Dover, and the baby died January 10 after transfer to Polyclinic Medical Center. Autopsy results are not expected until late February.
