A small stream flood watch remains through this morning with rain likely in the morning. Cloudy conditions give way to partly sunny skies this afternoon with highs in the upper 50s and light northwest winds around 10 mph. Tonight will be partly cloudy with lows near 40. Tuesday looks partly sunny and still mild with highs in the lower 50s.
Gov elect Tom Ridge and outgoing Gov Robert Casey attended Sunday Mass at St Patrick’s Cathedral. The brief service followed power transfer talks as Ridge and his wife Michele thanked Casey and Ellen Casey for their support and friendship.
Crowds filled Christ Chapel at Gettysburg College for the 15th Annual Martin Luther King Celebration. Dr Harold A Carter delivered the keynote, Nathan Carter led the Morgan State University Choir, and attendees joined hands in prayer and praise.
