Autopsy due in East Berlin infant death case
Results of an autopsy on 18 month old Crystel Seacrist, died after head injuries in Dover, Pa, are expected to be released by the Dauphin County coroner. Police say the child was in the care of an unidentified 20 year old babysitter when injured Monday night.

Man Cleared of Rape Charges in Adams County Trial
Kenneth Eugene Thompson, 38, of near Greencastle, was found not guilty on two rape counts by an Adams County jury. The panel convicted him of indecent assault, a lesser charge with a possible two year prison term and up to $5,000 fine. Thompson, employed by a subsidiary of Music City Attractions Inc., faced allegations from an 18 year old subcontractor who supervised her as part of fundraising for fire and rescue groups. The accuser said Thompson threatened her with a knife and implied he had tapes of her remarks, claiming he would commit rape if she did not comply.

Gettysburg school confirms arrest at junior high
Gettysburg School officials confirmed that a Gettysburg Senior High School student was arrested on October 20 for possession of marijuana at the junior high school. The 18 year old, then 17, faced charges for possessing 5.8 grams of marijuana and was turned over to Adams County Juvenile Courts.
