Kidnapping ends in Cumberland woods near Gettysburg
A 24 year old man from Dover New Jersey says he was kidnapped Monday morning by three armed men who forced him from his car at his mother in law's home. The abductors drove in a white 1977 78 Grand Prix and a gold Camaro, crossed the Delaware Water Gap, stopped for food, and bound him with tape before leaving him tied to a tree in swampy woods north of Barlow's Knoll. He later escaped and sought help at Adams County Motors. Police say federal involvement is possible but unclear.
