Mother charged with 6 arson deaths in Philadelphia
Tracey Shaw 26 sobbed at her children's funeral in December and was charged with six counts of murder two counts of reckless endangerment and one count each of arson causing a catastrophe and aggravated assault. She held without bail at police headquarters awaiting arraignment.
