50 Foot Tree Stolen From Area Quakers
A large 30 foot black walnut tree on the Society of Fiends Church property along Quaker Church Road disappeared early Tuesday. Valued around 1000 dollars, it was cut down and the trunk removed while upper limbs remained on Mrs. Petza and neighbors’ land. Dwight Lehman reported the removal after learning of the act from the Hankeys.
