Keefer to Run for Third Term as Adams County DA

Adams County District Attorney Roy A. Keefer announced Tuesday his bid for a third term. Keefer has served as DA since January 1988 and previously was Adams County’s first full-time assistant DA. He is also an associate at Gettysburg law firm Get tysburg Heiser and McQuaide and a Dickinson School of Law graduate.

Punt seeks re election for Adams County prothonotary

Incumbent Patricia A. Punt announced Tuesday she will run for re election as Adams County prothonotary, the civil court clerk, finishing her first four year term. She says the office has become more efficient through full time service and detailed experience, handling phones counter service and case filings. Punt, of Biglerville, is a Hamilton Township native with two children, and a Delone Catholic High School and Millersville University graduate.
