Myrtle Ka 74 of Midway has undergone a cornea transplant reported as a complete success by Mrs. Kauffman and family at the Wills Eve Clinic. The operation assisted by the Midway Fire Co Ambulance Corps and state police helicopter saved Ric man a Hanover teacher after last Sunday’s procedure. Mrs Kauffman had waited since last May for a cornea match following cataract removal and cornea dystrophy threatening blindness.
