Auditions Set for Cerebral Palsy Benefit in York and Adams
Auditions for a musical benefit by York Adams Chapter of United Cerebral Palsy of South Central Pennsylvania are scheduled for Friday December 12 from 7 to 10 PM at the Holiday Inn Gettysburg and Saturday December 13 from 9 AM to noon at the Hanover Elks Club. Two Injured In Crash Near Gardners
Two Carlisle residents suffered minor injuries when a 1971 Chevrolet driven by Tina Nestor 17 of Carlisle veered north on Rt. 34 struck an earthen embankment near the Rice Pruit Company north of Gardners just after 3 am. The car left the ground clipped trees then rested on its hood before Nestor and passenger John Laughman 22 were helped to Warner Hospital by Biglerville Fire Company.
