Death of 18 Year Old Henderson Ruled Natural
Autopsy at Warner Hospital found Wayne Leroy Henderson of Cascade Maryland died of suffocation from aspirating stomach contents. Coroner Dr Robert Lefever said the death occurred sometime early Sunday morning with the body found in a locked car along Hickory Bridge Road near Hickory Bridge Farm. Police found no foul play after visual inspection by Police Chief Gregory Santay. The decedent had attended a Fairfield Graphics Dinner Dance at the Holiday Inn Gettysburg and a later party at a private home before his death. The autopsy was performed by pathologist Dr John Crispin.

York Springs Firemen Search For Local Man
York Springs firemen and Latimore Township police spent about 15 minutes searching along Route 4 for a 32 year old York Springs man who had threatened self harm. The man was found at a relative’s home shortly after police requested the search. His name is being withheld for emotional reasons. In a separate call, firefighters were alerted to a brush fire in an orchard on the Mac Lou Frost farm north of York Springs. Chief Kenneth Miller canceled the alarm after determining it was a controlled burn.
