Mil ler charged with killing a doe fawn in closed season
The Pennsylvania Game Commission charged Michael W. Miller of Waynesboro with killing a doe fawn deer during closed season at 4 p.m. on November 30 in Franklin Two. The information was filed with Fifth District Magistrate Dale W. Wetzel. State police cited drivers for motor code violations before Wetzel and another magistrate, including Randy Wagaman for stop sign violation and Jonathan Kessiak for speeding. Additional charges and citations were issued before Sixth District Magistrate Harry Baker for several drivers speeding in Strahan Two and other infractions.
