Cynthia L. Moore aged 16 of 239 Harney Road died at the scene from blunt head trauma after her 1986 Nissan Maxima crossed the center line on Harney Road, struck a tree and overturned in Mount Joy Township. State Police and local fire and rescue teams responded. Moore was not entrapped.
