Jury to rule on manslaughter in death by own act pact

New York October 24 jury in general sessions to decide if James Wadell who allegedly joined a death by own action pact with his wife is guilty of manslaughter with potential twenty year punishment or of a lesser felony or no crime. The couple tried coal gas asphyxiation but failed then Wadell bought a revolver and his wife killed herself. the attempt misfired.
