Delia Faces Shortfall in New Rochelle Society Split
Dr Samnel Bolin, physician, chemist, and local social leader in New Rochelle, was taken from a trolley and jailed on an attempted burglary charge against a hardware store. Detectives allege he posed as a displaced resident and robbed neighbors at night. The New Rochelle community, surprised by the arrest, had celebrated his recent rise in society and law circles.

Stormstrikes Atlantic Fleet Near Cape Cod Bay
Wireless reports from the Atlantic squadron show two lives lost two vessels damaged and the fleet jolted by yesterday’s storm off Cape Cod Bay. Lieut John H Furse of the Illinois and a Minnesota sailor died after being hurled against a hatchway and washed overboard as the Glacier dragged anchor and collided with the Des Moines forcing repairs at Ditton yard.
