Governor Blease replies to Felder charges in full
Gov. Blease issues a forty seven page response defending the South Carolina disp ensary system and attacking Felder Burns and the investigating committee. He denounces their authority, accuses Felder of plotting to defraud the state, and cites affidavits from former dispensary board members and others to support his denials.
