Fifth Annual Atlantic Deeper Waterways Convention Set

Special Congressman J Hampton Moore calls the fifth convention to be held September 4–6 in New London Connecticut with governors from Atlantic Seaboard states invited. Attendees may include President Taft and Governor Wilson. The group formed in 1907 to promote an inland waterway from Maine to Florida with a major project spanning Boston to Beaufort North Carolina.
