Only about six members attended the Chamber of Commerce meeting at the Armory, blamed on hot weather and many out of town. President W D Morgan postponed the gathering to a cooler evening. attendees included Joseph Schenk L Brinkley J S Whitton W W Munnerlyn S M Gladstone and H B Springs. The Daily Item was represented.
