Dutch Weather Prophet predicts tropical storms this fall
In Columbia a forecaster known as the Dutch Weather Prophet, W. P. Houseal, issues warnings of equinoctial tropical storms. He cites a Sept 14 equinoctial start and predicts disturbed East Gulf and South Atlantic coasts from Sept 17 to 29 with possible high winds and continued dry weather this week and rain around the 28th to 31st.
