Georgetown Chamber Boosts National Corn Exposition Support
Georgetown Chamber of Commerce members pledged $1000 and more if needed for the National Corn Exposition in Columbia 1913, raising $700 on the spot. George-town officials including Mayor W H Andrew and Raymond S Farr backed plans to attract outsiders and promote agricultural and industrial development across the county.
