Denver August 1 A cloudburst swept across Colorado last night causing flooding washing out railroad tracks and destroying crops. Cattle were killed and several towns were flooded as tourists were marooned in Colorado Springs. Monument dam was weakening under flood strain and alarm spread among farmers.
