Valuable property for Salt by Wayne and Shaw to be sold Monday in January the sixth at the courthouse in George Rrville. Includes hack landing Lot with Rice land adjoining and about fourteen acres more. Land in Brown Town near William Alston estate. Dwelling house, kitchen, barn. Rice land well cultivated averaging high yields two years. Terms: one third cash, remaining balance in one two and three years with interest, mortgage on property and security. December 21.
