Election Committee Reports on Privileges and Elections

The House of Representatives, December 20 1839, reports resolutions from the Committee on Privileges and Elections for appointing election managers for the next general election. The document lists election locations in Williamsburg Darlington Marion Orry All Saints Santee and other districts, names of managers, and procedures including oath requirements and voting qualifications specific to districts.
