Sweet convicted of larceny with sixty days in jail. Al Kerwin jailed twenty days with costs for assault with deadly weapon and fined 100 plus costs for gaming. Andrew Laz of Geneseo convicted on 24 counts of illegal liquor sale, sentenced to 240 days in jail and $430 fine plus costs likely totaling about $600.
Alba Jane and Mary Lammal visited Tompkins last week. Frank Lammel works for Mr Vercrase this season. Annie Blackett returned home from Rickel over Sunday. Vercrase and his daughter Migs drank with Jim McCabe of Gold town in Burent county. McCabe lost his hat Saturday while returning from Annawan.
