State collects 400000 for road improvements
The state automobile department has collected 400000 and turned it into the state treasury. The latest addition is 26000 from Secretary Doyle. By law the funds must be used for state road improvements but cannot be spent until the next legislative session when a bill will likely be introduced to appropriate the money to the counties.
