Quieting Title Action Involving Multiple Heirs and Trustees
The Idaho district court suit seeks to quiet title in fee in real property against unknown heirs and devisees of multiple deceased parties and against various corporations and trustees including Oregon Short Line Railroad Company and American Loan and Trust Company. Plaintiffs George W. Shuler and IVA B. Shuler and other named entities allege ownership interests and urge defendants to plead within twenty days of service. The case appears in Caribou County with first publications in 1945 and 1946.
