Washington Sept 17 Professional prohibition leaders led by Wayne B Wheeler say the federal council of churches report on five years of prohibition is flawed and destructive. Sparks from charged rails sparked a powder explosion two miles down in the Triadelphia mine of Elm Grove Mining Company near Wheeling West Virginia. Two men died Rock Sande 35 mine motorman and William Kimbie 30 brakeman. Three others were injured and five others were left in peril not specified.
