Packers post record slaughter as producers anticipate stronger sheep and beef demand, and local notes cover real estate, a piano purchase, and a drainage committee appointment.
Garland North items recount residents returning home from Farmington visits and illness reports. Mrs Aliee Edmonds returned from Farmington after visiting relatives. Matthew M McMurtrie returned from a six week outing in Hear lake County and met several people considering relocation. As a result, Messe, David Hymas, and Harry Passey of Paris Idaho toured the city last week, viewed land for sale, and expressed approval of prospects likely leading to future residence.
