Indian Whiskey Case Heard Before Justice Vanfleet
On Wednesday December 23 J H Maxwell Olle Morgan and Christian Chipman faced Judge W R Vanfleet for disposing whiskey to Indians. All pleaded guilty and were bound over to the District Court Nephi Zundel and Jacob Peeup the Indians who possessed the whiskey were fed and discharged.

Bingham Home Burned in Thursday Fire
A blaze destroyed the northern town home of Mr and Mrs Sanford Bingham Jr on Thursday afternoon. Neighbors saved some household goods while Mrs Bingham recovering from illness and Mrs 8 H Bingham were present. No insurance covered the loss and the couple faced a great calamity.
