Mrs Mantina Jensen Recovers After Major Ogden Hospital Operation
Mrs Jensen of this city underwent a delicate major operation at Ogden General last Friday and is rapidly improving. The operation was performed by Dr Rich and Dr Wm L Rich, with her husband Joseph Jensen as her attendant. She hopes to return home late next week.

Embezzler Apprehended After Garland Theft
Amnasa Smith of Garland, former manager of A. M. B. Tel. Co., embezzled about 800 dollars and fled to Idaho. Sheriff Josephson tracked him to Pocatello, aided by Deputy Wight in Collins ton, Brigham, where he is held. He faces county jail as he contemplates his act.
