Justice Knudson of Brigham heard two cases on July 24. M F Owens and Joe Orgil were fined ten dollars for disturbing the peace. Orgil also faced fifteen dollars in costs and appealed to the District Court. Earl Hales and Fred Sylvester of Riverside were fined after July 20 arrests. after finalizing the penalties the judge reversed the decision and added costs, with appeals to the District Court.
