A sparsely attended meeting in this city discussed alkali soil drainage and the creation of an experiment station for the valley. Hon. Chas. F. Tree disinfection trip aids Box Elder County orchards
County tree inspector W. O. Koudson and state horticulture officials examined about $9,000 worth of trees at Davis County Nurseries for shipment into Box Elder County. They reported insect blight on about half of 16 000 trees chipped into the county and plan further countywide visits to advise on care and spraying.

Garland Journal plant moved from shanty to Brigham City
The Garland Journal plant stored in the shanty north of the Henrie House was loaded Tuesday and transported to Brigham City by Drayman John Funk. Funk was sent from Brigham to assist in removing mill machinery from the ear and while there delivered a request to return the plant, accomplishing two tasks.

Barber TL Miller who ran a barber shop sold his parlor goods to Barber Narris and disposed of the Sasser Restaurant property on Factory street to John Owens of Fielding and Tremont for 1200.
