Mayor W H Bradfield announced the Citizens Planning for Community Progress CPRAP initiative Tuesday night. Four six member citizen committees were appointed to study Financial Analysis, Commuter Transportation, City Auditorium, and Public Safety with monthly meetings and reports to the City Council.
