Sad Ending of Beautiful Young Lady Miss Alberta Phelps
Miss Alberta Phelps daughter of B H Phelps of this city died after a terrible ordeal involving a newspaper solicitor W B Lindsay who is bound over for trial in district court. The community mourns her death as testimony in Justice J J Shumway s court was read. Services were held at the First ward chapel in Payson with speakers emphasizing she was sinned against. The remains rest beside her mother in Payson City cemetery.
