Westminster unveils drought tolerant garden display
The Westminster water superintendent notes 350 plus residents and businesses have joined rebates to boost conservation. Programs focus on irrigation tweaks and drought tolerant yards. Outdoor use makes up half a home's consumption, guiding the effort. The first garden at 6312 California St opens to the public Sept 18 at 13241 Jasperson Way.
